1. Business Administration and Marketing

We may utilise AI tools to assist with administrative efficiency, layout optimisation, marketing ideas, and drafting general website resources. This allows us to keep our administrative costs low and focus our primary time and energy on direct, face-to-face client companionship.

2. Absolute Ban on Client Data Input

To comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, we enforce a strict data privacy boundary regarding AI tools:

No Personal Data: We will never type, upload, or input any client names, contact details, home addresses, or financial data into any public or third-party AI system.
No Sensitive Health Data: We will never input sensitive health details, diagnoses, or personal family backgrounds gathered on our onboarding forms into any AI software. All client records are kept entirely offline or stored in highly secure, encrypted UK-compliant storage systems.

3. Human-Driven Care and Companionship

Companionship is an entirely human relationship based on empathy, safety, and mutual respect.

All client match assessments, risk checks, and initial home consultations are conducted entirely by a trained human professional.
AI is never used to automate decisions regarding a client’s safety, welfare, or service eligibility.
All post-visit text updates and logs sent to families are written directly by the companion who conducted the visit, ensuring authentic, real-time communication.
